Like buying carbon or wind credits, we can elect to pay a small upcharge (about 4%) to go from 18% to 100% green sourced power in effect. When we do, the town benefits especially, in addition to all of us, by reducing pollution and supporting cleaner energy. The video is from 2011, but still relevant today.
